         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree because instead of the 13 colonies uniting to create one strong central government, they opted for separating and created several weak ones. This was a mistake because as they soon realized each state was different sizes and therefore had different accommodations.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree that the lack of power to tax was the Articles of Confederation’s fatal flaw. Without the ability to generate revenue, the federal government couldn’t pay off war debts, fund essential services like a national army, or address economic instability. This financial weakness left the government powerless to respond to crises, as seen during ShaysRebellion, and undermined its ability to unify and strengthen the nation.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I do agree with the fatal flaw of how the government wouldn't have the ability to tax which was difficult to support the government which needed money for these 13 colonies. As without taxation they are unable to form a strong government without the help of the people. Although this is a fatal flaw it compares to the way that the king had taxed the colonies which would be a cycle of how they were and how they are trying not to be. This was a major flaw since the government needed this money to help support the states/colonies.</p>]]></description>
