If possible, could we look at alternating the times those are offered on Fridays? If possible I try to meet with teachers, make up groups, etc. on Fridays. If the trainings/zooms fall at the same time, every time (including ones for RtI), I'm consistently loosing out on the same grade level's planning, PLCs, etc. Hope this makes sense! I feel as if we are being a disservice for our kids who need us most. We (interventionists) are being stretched too thin, and being asked to do two full time jobs. It is impossible to do both ESL and RTI well, so they are each being done poorly.
