A person's genes and the environment they live in, play an important part in human growth. Different aspects of our behaviors are influenced by our genes and our environment. They both play an equal role in human growth, one is not more important than the other. Here is where research done on twins can show how genetics and the environment effects us. Twins who were separated at birth, living in two completely different environments, will not live the same lifestyle. One lives in a high class neighborhood, goes to private school and spends his or her's free time traveling the world on missions trips. While the other lives in a low class neighborhood, where school is taught not be a priority and he or she struggles to keep food on the table. These twins look almost completely the same, they have same shade of blue eyes and the polydactyly that runs in the family. However, they act like two completely different people. Our genes and the environment we live in, play an important role in human growth.
