We learn about "Walk in my shoes". We learnt that before we start to talk about our perspective emotionally, we have to think about their perspective so that we can connect better during interactions. We learn personal, social, national, and global perspective.

We learn about self-identity and identities in Singapore. We talk about what is my identity, who am I, what is my hobby, etc. We also learn Singapore identities about how it is open to the world in terms of trade and communication.

Lesson 4

We learn about Bias, Stereotypes and discrimination. We learn it could be about anything such as race, religion, gender, clothing, skin color, and values and beliefs. For example, I used to believe dancing is only for girls which is stereotyping.

We learn about identities on social media. Information in social media can be transmitted very fast, and it can be stereotyping and bias in media messages such as gender, racial, ageism, disability.

We learn about the Shared Singapore. We learn the shared values of Singapore and Lee Kuan Yew's boldness, resilience, openness, and multiculturalism. These values were shared with Singapore's Water Story such as NEWater and Singapore River and overcoming Covid-19.

We learn about community activities and common spaces. For example, we have Grassroots Initiatives that provide opportunities for residents to meet and interact with other residents to strengthen racial harmony and social cohesion in the community. We also have common spaces such as HDB estates, void decks, and hawker centres. Of course, not forgetting our national community activity, National Day Parade.

We played a space card game. Although the game is confusing, it is fun to interact and get to know with peers from other class. We learn how to be a banker.

We learn about global events and development III. Singapore created pillars of total defense. What did Singapore do to thrive as a member of a global community? Sovereignty, which is rule of law, basic survival needs, dynamic and competitive economy.
