On top of communicating with their company and keeping everyone aware of the situations, organizations also need to implement training for their employees. It should teach them what to do if another attack happens.

When it comes to types of hackers, there are multiple different types. Black hat hackers are illegal, unethical, and are hacking people with malicious intent and to steal their information. White hat hackers are legal, ethical, and work for companies to look through their security systems and make them better. They look for any spots that a black hat hacker could take advantage of, and fix it. Gray hat hackers are in the middle. They walk the line of being legal or illegal and ethical or unethical. Some gray hat hackers do it just for fun, and do not do anything with the information they find. On the other hand, there are gray hat hackers that find information and then do use it in an unethical way.

The different types of hackers all have different intents, targets, and methods. White hat hackers are targeting black hat hackers and any other hackers that are trying to take advantage of the person they work for. They intend to detect gaps in network security and patch them. They go about it by working in an ethical way and by following all government rules.

Black hat hackers have the intention of stealing or destroying someones information. They are very unethical and do not follow the laws set by the government. Their targets have a wide range. They may attack an individual or a huge corporation.

Gray hat hackers fall in between. They are normally not certified hackers, and they decide if they want to be good or bad depending on what they are hacking. Gray hat hackers are typically unethical, but they are not always illegal.

Physical security is just as important as technological security. In many cases hackers can get a company's information by finding a way to get into their building and then finding their networking systems. Due to this, having many physical security measures is very important. Having things like door locks, passcodes for rooms, and intrusion detection systems can help a lot. If companies just had technological security systems, and no physical ones, it would result in a lot more hacks being done against the company.

There are some ethical concerns and challenges when it comes to implementing technological and physical security measures. One thing that comes up frequently, regarding ethical concerns, is the concern of people's privacy. Many security measures either record you, or what you are doing, and many people have a problem with that. Another concern with the security measures is that those can also be hacked by hackers. Just because there is a camera in an office, does not mean it is on and woking. One way to mitigate these concerns is having the highest security possible for all security systems.
