It has been a very wonderful experience for our team in Canchita to be able to be part of your this very unique experience. The energy and youthful vibe you have brought to us has injected a dose of positivity and exuberance in the restaurant. Even though it was a very short 3-week period but we are sure we have made good memories!

Thank you so so so much for your love and care! You’ve never scolded us no matter how many mistakes we make, and will definitely miss talking to you guys during off peak hours. Your patience and willingness to teach us is something we won’t forget. You always looked out for us and treated us as you would any part-timer, even though we were only there for a short while. We'll always be grateful to you! Also a big thank you to the chefs for cooking delicious pasta for us everyday :))
