         <description><![CDATA[<div>Homer started the story in the middle so that you could be drawn by the action of it, instead of the slow going beginning. It attaches you to who the character is in the midst of crisis. Another important part of it starting in the middle is that you can gain some idea of Odysseus character in the way he tells the story- the way he draws attention to certain events more than others.<br>-Lydia Snyder</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am sort of going off of what Lydia said. Authors should try to draw in the attention of the reader and by starting in the middle of the story , though it's kinda confusing at first, it draws the reader's attention.</div>]]></description>
