It just makes it a little more challenging to comprehend things. What I’ve learned from Owen’s case is that Disney movies have helped him establish a greater sense of comprehension, and he uses the films to reflect on his own life. Owen fits the world into a Disney script.

I always thought that if you had Autism you needed to learn how to survive in the outside word independently. But by the looks of it Owen is not abandoned and receives the proper attention he needs. Whether it be from his family or from professional individuals. I thought that him and Emily would have lasted but sadly this wasn’t the life style he was destined. 

The fact that Owen traveled to France to talk about Autism and the journey he has had is outstanding. It makes me have hope for the world, and his words are inspiring to those that have Autism. He explains his feeling or alienation and how he had to overcome those obstacles. He is no longer feeling alienated but he feels accepted.
