I feel like I'm now able to help out a loved one if they need assistance for injuries to an extent. I learned the proper process of providing a person CPR and to perform these steps without hesitation. I have also am proudly to say that I have improved on my taping and could do it on myself and others. I learned and mastered the movements of dorsiflexion and plantarflexion, I would use these skills to stretch out the areas that are needed and to see if there is anything wrong in the area.
