My favorite memory that I had while in this class was when our class went to the Museum of Science Industry. We attended to diagnosis a patient in a lab. While there my group and I went to the mirror maze and run into mirrors together. Also when we had our Basic Anatomy Project and one of the stations included a naming the parts of the bone, I found this really enjoyable and beneficial to my learning experience.

In this semester of Sports Medicine I have taken the tips and tricks of taping and diagnosing a person. I feel like I'm now able to help out a loved one if they need assistance for injuries to an extent. I learned the proper process of providing a person CPR and to perform these steps without hesitation. I have also am proudly to say that I have improved on my taping and could do it on myself and others. I learned and mastered the movements of dorsiflexion and plantarflexion, I would use these skills to stretch out the areas that are needed and to see if there is anything wrong in the area. Overall I am proud of myself to say I have learned a lot in the class and ready to take it with me where ever I go.
