         <description><![CDATA[<div>When swimming, you must follow the pools guidelines and signs to be safe. You cannot run on the pools deck, you cannot dive in the shallow ends, you have to practice balance on the diving blocks, etc. Swimming can be dangerous because of how slippery the deck is and there's always a drowning concern.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do not swim often anymore, although I am hoping to get back into it soon. I was on swim team last year, where I swam all winter and the practices were pretty intense, ranging from 600 yard non-stop laps (sprinting) to doing easy fun drills occasionally. However, I especially want to keep swimming when I'm older as my own exercising since I enjoy it and it makes me feel happier when I swim.</div>]]></description>
