In English we were learning about formal and informal letters and language. We looked at the difference in the layout and language such as ‘yours sincerely’ and split the page to write down the difference.

In maths we were finding fractions of amounts. I found it quite hard at first but I got the hang of it near the end of the lesson. I made sure to check my work for possible mistakes to. It was fun to learn something new.

In English we have been learning about formal and informal letters. I wrote an informal letter in character and used a checklist to mark my own work. I found it only mildly hard. I could improve and upgrade my language and I think I did the opening paragraph well.

In English we were practising inference. We had a text about Alice in wonderland and none of the answers we right out in the open, we had to infer. I got question one to six done.

In GP we were acting out Snow White, but the original version from the Grimm brothers, I think I could maybe communicate better though.

We did a maths competition and we had to work together to figure out answers and try to be the quickest to finish. We didn’t always agree on the answer and we got a few wrong put we got there in the end

in GP we did another play, I really enjoyed it because I didn’t have a character I was the narrator. I worked collaboratively with the class to form a good play. It was fun to laugh and do it, and I think I could work on my german.

In GP we made costal erosion news reports. I worked with Arabella we found a nice template on Canva and finished writing our speeches but then we couldn’t find a background, I wanted something that looked natural and Arabella wanted the HE room, but finally we agreed on the classroom

In netball we were losing a match quite badly 1 7 to the other team, we were against a very good team that had just come back from a netball tour that they won, when we got in for group discussion I identified and highlighted what we were doing wrong and we manage to up the score

In music we were preparing for a competition I tried really hard to sing loudly and when we did eventually go to the competition I was confident I sang with everyone else and we won
