         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Five ingredients that Cubans use a lot are garlic, onion, bay laurel, oregano, and coriander.</li><li>Popular foods in Cuba are Arroz con leche, Boliche, Croqueta, Empanada, and Flan de Coco.</li><li>A typical Cuban breakfast consists of Cafe con leche (a blend of warm milk and espresso), scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a bowl of fruit (papayas or mangoes).&nbsp;</li><li>A typical Cuban lunch will be Chicken and rice (Pollo con arroz) served with plantains and a sauce of black beans.</li><li>A normal Cuban dinner would be Achiote Marinated Chicken, which is one of many dinner choices in Cuba.</li></ul>]]></description>
