Hello! I’m Bill Smithyman, and I go by Bill in class. My content area is ELA, and I’ve taught everything except for AP lit and freshmen. I’m currently an instructional coach and content lead in the Blue Valley District. This is my fifth Rockhurst class as an adjunct. I taught at Blue Valley Northwest for twenty years (many of those alongside Dr. Walter), one year at Blue Valley West, and still have one section of ELA 11/Humanities to keep my head in the game.

My name is Keynen Drury and am a freshman here at Rockhurst and I am originally from St.Louis. I also play baseball here at Rockhurst. I graduated high school last year with both my diploma and my Associates of Teaching degree. I have a sister who is a sophomore in high school back home. In high-school I started a program to help integrate our special needs peers with more of our general education peers.

With the time I do have I cook for my partner as it is the reason they love me. I have one small cat named BMO and she is obsessed with me and I with her. My background in theatre has refined me heavily into the person I am. I have two brothers Luke (18) and Matthew (14). I also have a dog named Teddy and he’s the best! In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, go for walks, try new foods, and listen to music.
