To become a merchandiser, you need a degree that requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fashion merchandising. And some important skills to help you become a successful merchandiser such as  Excellent written and oral communication skills, English language skills, product knowledge, Computer skills, Teamwork ability, Excellent analytical /ˌæn.əˈlɪt.ɪ.kəl/  quality. Among them, I believe analytical /ˌæn.əˈlɪt.ɪ.kəl/ quality is the most important key factor for a qualified  /ˈkwɑː.lə.faɪd/ apparel /ơ pe rồl/ trader. Because the right analysis of the situation will help determine  /dɪˈtɜː.mɪn/ the future demand  /dɪˈmɑːnd/  and supply of goods, which is important in their work.   

Every day, they have to do a lot of work  

First, the merchandiser obtains a tech pack from the buyer and they have to work with the costing and sampling department. About the costing department, the merchandiser will work with them to analyze fabric consumption from CAD, analyze the cost of trims and fabric and obtain general sewing data from IED. I:ai E:i

Then, they have to prepare a cost sheet from the sample. About the sampling department, the merchandiser will cooperate with the sampling department to make a proto sample, they have to develop as per the tech pack which was sent to the buyer.

After that, they will transfer the approval to the sampling department head. After working costing and sheeting department, they send the cost sheet and sample to the buyer for approval. 

Also, after several steps, they follow up on the payments for goods or book washing and embroidery capacity if required. 

Next, the merchandiser will forward the samples to the buyer for approval. If the sample is approved, the merchandiser will work with the production unit. 

Finally, the merchandiser holds preproduction meetings with the production unit before executing /ˈek.sɪ.kjuːting/ bulk orders. Before sending goods to the customer, he has to offer garments for a final inspection. At the final step, he has to follow up on the payments for goods at the end of the order. 

Firstly ,During working hours, I feel bored and tired because of mono-tasks and long working hours with no breaktime. To solve this problem, I recommend  /ˌrek.əˈmend/ that management should provide music to keep workers stay alert and improve the productivity . besides, I suggest allowing frequent short breaks, doing exercises. it will help workers overcome the boredom and fatigue. It would be mutually  /ˈmjuː.tʃu.ə.li / advantageous if the management rotates  /ˈroʊ.teɪt/ workers to different workstations. it will give workers chances to get multi-tasks.  

Secondly , i have to spend a lot of time looking for needed materials such as needles, buttons or ribbons. The reason is that the factory does not have a small box without label. To solve this problem i suggest the company should provide small boxes with labels to categorize/ cây tờ gờ rai/ the materials and tools in different boxes. Therefore, workers can looking for materials easily, saving time and increasing productivity.  

Thirdly , workers spend a lot of time looking for trash. Because the trash bin is located too far from the place of production and no trash bin under the table workers. . So I suggeted to company that they should provide trash/ bag under the table worker and at the end of each day , bags will be collected at the designed place. Therefore , it is possible to save time and the worker’s place is always clean and tiny. Many of my co – workers have the same problem . I hope these problems will be resolved /rɪˈzɒlvd/ soon to give workers the best working conditions. 

First, I think you should have a CV. It included curriculum vitae, cover letter, reference letter. Curriculum included personal details, work experience and skills as time-management skill, mapower management development. Second, dress for the job properly is very important. You apply for designer position so you will choose a special outfit to show your style and make impresstion.

Third, you should look for required information of the company about your job as responsibility, qualification , some major skills. you can find on fb on the company’s adverfisment.

Finaly, it is the most important, you need to prepare and pratice examples of interview question.

From this, you will fell more confident with the question asked by the interviewer.
