Some difficulties I faced was that Person B was not able to explain where to click on the PLD and there were moments where both of us was not understanding each other. It wasted a lot of time and after this experience, both of us know where we did wrong in this exercise which can be effectively applied when encountering such situations in the future.

You need to show yourself actually doing something to make the person feel better and not just say encouraging words as usually it is ineffective on helping people feel better.

3 key things I have learnt about Design Thinking:
1) Every stage of the design process is important, one must empathize to define, define to ideate, ideate to make a prototype and test to improve.
2) Teamwork is extremely important. Everyone needs to have a task to do so that we can all stay focused on the task at hand.
3) We must always remember our user's needs so that we will not simply create something that does not actually help them or is needed. For example, an entrepreneur named David Bussau once built a playground in a village for the children but afterwards found out that they did not have time to use it.

2 questions I have about Design Thinking
1) In ideation, we always say "quantity over quality". But if the project is meant to be long term, should we not think more to come up with ideas that are both plentiful and of quality?
2) Can the step 'define' be considered part of empathizing?

1 way I have benefitted from DT
1) I can use what I've learnt to solve problems outside of school on a smaller scale.
