A personal Spiritual Practice i like to religiously commence with would have to be listening to music (preferably instrumentals) while siting in a secluded area (like a park or in my room)

I like to carry out this practice because i believe it helps me centre myself, therefore i am able to appreciate recently passed events and evaluate and mentally prepare for big upcoming events like sporting activities or exams.
