I think this is a great saying Coach says because I think that often times we spend time thinking about the past and what we wish would have happened instead of focusing on what we are going to do. I think that Coach doesn't want Castle to be ashamed of himself because of where his lives and what he has. I love this part because it shows how much each character has grown. it shows how each character is coming closer and closer to becoming a team/family.
