First, I think C doesn't belong because it has the shape of a diamond, and the others ovals.

Second, B doesn't belong because it has three objects when the others have 2 objects.

Third, D doesn't belong because it is more shaded in than the other three.

fourth, A doesn't belong either because it is shaded red and the others are green.

Those are my reasonings for today.
