I think the most important step to embracing change is the way it is brought across or portrayed. Communication is key. I believe this to be so because through being open, honest and communicating clearly everyone can be on the same page and can move forward together.

I think the key to embrace change in any organisation is communication. Usually management sits everyone to inform them about a change and why it is important. This is a good first step but I have experience many time when that is all the communication there is about the change. Communicate consist of inform but also listening and receive feedback. This is key to adapt and do small correction as you go along.

I believe the most important aspect of embracing change in order for it to be successful is managing it in small steps. Reduce the overwhelming nature, and provide incremental gratification along the way will increase the likely hood of the change being successful and also impacting those involved in a positive way.

I think the most important aspect of embracing change is being open and honest about what the change is and why it is happening and communicating this to everyone involved. It is also important to give people the opportunity to voice any concerns they have and to reassure them and keep them informed of the change progress/process.

The most important step to change is accepting that change will always occur and that embracing it is a lot easier the resisting it. In so many instances change is beneficial rather than harmful and when change is explored and executed correctly it only means positive change and outcomes.
