Du hast bisher drei Mülltonnen kennengelernt und weißt schon ganz gut, welcher Müll dort hinein gehört: in die blaue Tonne kommt alles aus Papier. In die gelbe Tonne (sie heißt auch Wertstofftonne) gehören Plastik und Verpackungen. In die braune Tonne wirfst du Obst, Gemüse und Pflanzen. Das nennt man Biomüll.
Im Film haben die Kinder altes Glas gesammelt und es in eine Glastonne geworfen. Daraus wird neues Glas gemacht. Es gibt aber auch giftigen Müll, zum Beispiel Farbe, Batterien und Medikamente. Der wird als Sondermüll gesammelt.
Den restlichen Müll bei dir zu Hause (Essensreste, Servietten, Taschentücher, Windeln und viel mehr) wirfst du in die schwarze Tonne, deshalb auch Restmüll genannt.
