I am glad we have a chance to compare and contrast and hope we can use our reflection from this time to very intentionally design a "blended" or "mixed" format for next year. Some great speakers will video-conference in; some intimate conversations and exchanges can only happen in-person.

Something to revisit when we plan the formats for next year.
