Measurable- I will know by seeing how much better my peers are working and doing better because I am explaining my expectations better.

Agreed Upon- I think it is very relevant to my stakeholders. I think that learning how to communicate better will also allow my stakeholders to work harder, understand better, and gain more effective skills and is able to be given a harder challenge.

Realistic- I think that this skill is very realistic. I think that this skill can always be something you can learn no matter if you are in a time crunch and working well to communicate better will help with effort and commitment.

Time Based- I hope to achieve this leadership skill in a matter of weeks or months, I hope to work on it through the youth council and have it readily completed before the end of my term and the end of year banquet so I can really well communicate with my peers, new joiners, and the new officers. 

I really want to accomplish and develop better management skills and be able to explain expectations effectively and clearly so people are on task and going above and beyond while doing their work. One of my weaknesses is that I struggle with self confidence and often worry about failing. The quiz says that self confidence comes to you when you are successful and good at certain skills, which once I am good at something I have good confidence but I do struggle with failing the first few times or not succeeding as much as I want. Another weakness is that I need to work on voicing my expectations better and more clearly and really explaining how things need to be so people do it right instead of doing it halfway because I did not explain it well. I also need to work on support and stimulation and really taking the time to help others and give them more challenging and higher skilled work so they are not bored and are more motivated to do tasks. I need to allow them to develop more skills in which they will feel more supported.
