My name is Louise Buck (louise.buck@lancaster.ac.uk) and I am one of the academic coaches who will be working with you as you progress through your MSc. I hope that you will enjoy studying the different modules and finding out about yourselves as Managers and Leaders.

A bit about me - I have worked at Lancaster University for over 20 years and with 4 previous cohorts on this programme. I have experience in leading large teams and managing complex change. As an executive coach I support people to realise their aspirations. I live between the UK and France and enjoy travelling in Europe in my small camper van.

I am looking forward to meeting you all at your induction on the 11 June but if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact me.

My name is Rob Middleton, one of the members of the cohort for 2025-2027. I have recently left a career in video games (despite my undergraduate degree being in Biology!) to transition to healthcare management.

As a producer/scrum master, I led and supported teams to deliver a variety of projects, some of which were played by hundreds of thousands of people.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, fitness, and video games.

My name is Borja Prado. I am originally from Spain, I've lived in the UK (Manchester) for 5 years. I studied a degree in translation and another one in Law. Before this job I worked for the Spanish foreign service for 5 years and before that I've had various roles in tourism and education, so this is a big career move for me. Hobbies are running and traveling!

I'm Eileen Cunningham and I'm working with Louise Buck & the Lancaster University team to support you through this programme.

I started my career as Careers Adviser, then trained as a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and now I'm a lecturer and academic coach. I've really enjoyed working with most of the previous cohorts of this management scheme (all except one, I think) and I know what a great journey of opportunity you are about to embark upon!

Hi everyone! Flavia here- before the graduate scheme I was completing an internship at UNODC and working as a part-time teacher. I am really excited to start this journey and learn more during the Masters and especially putting knowledge into practice!

I'm Rob, I'm originally from Sheffield, but have lived in Manchester since 2007 when I came here for university. I've worked in the NHS since 2015 in various roles, working as a Resourcing Team Leader at MFT for the previous 3.5 years. I graduated in 2010 with a BA in History - I'm looking forward to going back to studying and getting to know you all a bit better

I am originally from India and have done my Bachelors in Maths. I have worked in a few roles in NHS before I started on the scheme. My role before the scheme was as a Medical Rota manager within MFT. It is great to continue with MFT and learn more about healthcare management and organisational leadership.

I enjoy music, puzzles and like going for long walks outside of work!
