I think this goes back to how she is constantly deceiving him in the relationship and also in the video she seems to care a lot about her appearance because most of the time she was looking in the mirror and putting on makeup although it really isnt helping her "evil" look. He was falling in love planning their wedding while she was planning his funeral.
