This provides those who come here with the opportunity of fantastic farming. The land also is great for cattle, and it also contains forests which give an abundance of timber. 

We have mountains for natural barriers against enemies and rivers for fish! There is a lot of land to build homes and farms on, so colonists have a wider variety of choices when deciding when to settle.

During the winter, it is a wonderland. Come bring your kids, and play in the snow. In the summer, we have weather amazing for growing tobacco, which could make you and your family extremely rich. 

Lastly, living near a large water source such as the ocean could provide you with many benefits. Fish were often hunted, giving food and money for when you trade. Additionally, jobs for materials required when travelling in the ocean were needed, meaning you can make money from building boats and more could become your new occupation!

This means slaves and less work for us to do! Also, the tribes that have been here have survived for a very long time, they can aid us in our journey of living in a new area for the first time. We are practically given free survival guides, but even better.

Our colony obtains many Puritans, ensuring that you and your family will be consistently trained and taught to have strict religious beliefs. We guarantee our best efforts (as people with similar beliefs) to teach children to behave as adults, with no fooling around.

In the winter, the numbers of disease greatly decrease. This happens because the weather kills off the germs and bacteria, getting rid of any painful diseases.

Furthermore, our areas with rocky land may seem unsuitable for crops. However, the lack of moisture is ideal for many other crops such as pumpkins, corn, beans, and more! With the different types of land, you can grow what you're used to on the fertile soil, and different plants on the other types. As you grow and experiment with unique land kinds, you can become extremely rich by selling the new discoveries!

Finally, we have a ton of Puritans in the area. Of course, this can seem scary and threatening at first. But when considered, it is extremely practical. Our long church activities everyday will enable you to create bonds with others in the community, establishing a trusty and friendly relationship which could help you in trade. Also, your families frequent visitation can assist your children in developing more mature mindsets, allowing you to relax, not having to worry about them fooling around.
