Basically in Latin América in most of the countries there was independence wars that make people in this countries to adapt the environment for war, like in México , we adapt to the change of politics and work to have a better life, but in the peak point of the war, people needed to adapt to the environment that certain army was in there, like if people were in the mexican army territory, they needed to be prepared if the other army capture them or they needed to fight if it was neccessary, and in the other armys mexicans need to do the things very calm and with lots of restriction because the armys were very stricted with the people and also they put them to work for them because they want to still using the slavery in mexicans

Applies in all the countries that were in War, people start to migrate to other states where there was no war or where they think they were safe or where the army that they support was, most of this migrations were internally and it was strange to see someone migrating to other country because almost all the world was in war so it was better to move to a safer State instead of moving to another country that also was in war, also we need to think that the war didnt allow the enter to ships so easy so it was more common to see migration in states than in countries
