It was a beautiful ceremony by Fr. Con. The children were fantastic and we are all very proud of them. We were blessed with beautiful weather for most of the day and everyone enjoyed the special celebration. Many thanks to everybody involved in the preparation and planning over the last few months. We finished with a Communion party in school, which all pupils thoroughly enjoyed.

The prizewinners were as follows:Daisy in Senior Infants, Lucy in 4th Class and Etain in 4th Class.

It  was very difficult to choose winners as the standard was very high. Everybody had lots of fun and thanks to you all for getting involved.

To celebrate World Book Day, pupils from Junior Infants to 2nd/3rd also dressed up on the day as their favourite book character. Lots of fun was had on the day, well done everyone.
