While attending Lee's Summit High School, he took a power mechanics class, which taught him the skills to replace the car's engine with a higher powered model. In the following years, Dr. James McEntire continued enhancing the car with a variety of street-legal improvements, including a special computerized fuel injection system that runs on 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. Professionally, Dr. McEntire works as a pediatrician. He has more than two decades of experience with groups such as Lee's Summit Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, Jacomo Pediatric Care, and Trisource Healthcare, Inc. He holds his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.
