I am dissapointed, it's 8:21pm and I am supposed to finish these assignments by 11:59pm. I failed at managing my time well with my other two classes. I will try again next week I guess. One good thing is that the professor seems understanding however I will not take advantage of this, I will plan my week better for week 2.

I really like how organized this course is and how easy it is to find all the assignments but I do think it is a lot especially for a beginning English course and for majors where grammar and writing isn't everything. Some people are going to have to start juggling assignments from this course along with other assignments from their current classes.

I think the fact that we are being graded based on effort and honest work instead of the work being "correct" is relieving, it feels nice because this way I feel like I can engage in the assignments without worrying about losing points for making a mistake. Something I'm uncertain about is the major writing assignments but I'll probably feel better when I see the actual prompt because I'm worried that it'll be hard but if it's the same formula where I just need to write my best work then I'll be fine. I also like that we can resubmit and correct anything later on after submitting.

I was successfully able to complete my assignments on time with the help of a planner and time management :) I am very proud of myself.
I was struggling a bit on how to write a reflecting on the google slides however I reached out to the professor and she was able to clarify. (add a comment.) I felt that I was able to complete everything with minimal struggle so I am bit concerned that I did not do something right haha.

I've been doing well so far in my classes and feeling more relaxed. I've improved my time management skills! I love how the assignments are based on effort, whether or not your answer is right or wrong, like some other students mentioned. I feel relieved because of that.

I feel overwhelmed because I didn't realize how drastic it would go from having one class to five within a week. I feel confident that I can catch up I just have to utilize my time correctly even if I have to decrease my social time.

I am so stressed out it's not even funny I feel like I have no control over things and I don't know if I am doing anything right. I just feel so much pressure but I feel like I have no right because things could be worse.

Being able to manage my time and get EVERYTHING I have to do (adult responsibilities) done was a bright spot for me this week.

I'm not necessarily struggling with this, but I've complained to my circle about my English instructor and the workload for the class. What we are doing for this class, I do every day with my students. I feel like I am doing double work. I think I'm ok with the struggle. I noticed how the things I've done the last week are being applied and shared with my students. So, struggle is good because it is benefitting me and others. I think I am getting into a rhythm, and actually, writing about it makes me feel better. I'm already over it. : )

I feel a lot better than I did in week one. Although I do find this vourse challenging.

1. The reason I feel slighty confident in the class because I am getting more reassurance about not having to actually be good in reading or writing what matters is the effort, the detail, and the type of voice or emtion you are adding into the writing what you are reading.

I am struggling a little with responding to my peers just because I find it a little hard to explain myself or express how I like what they are doing

A bright spot this week was doing the Hypothesis annotations. Reading about “smart” language helped me realize that being clear and genuine matters more than just sounding formal.

I’m still unsure how formal my writing should sound. I want to find a balance between keeping my own voice and meeting academic expectations.

I'm confused and having a difficult time with all of the protocols and procedures. It's challenging, but it's beginning to become a source of stress. Learning in an educational space should not produce stress, it should feel gratifying and like I'm growing. So, this is a good time to ask for help.

I've been struggling with my time management and extreme procrastination this week, completing assignments at the last minute. 1.) A bright spot this week was finishing my Lego outline. It felt good to connect something from my childhood to a bigger idea about patience and creativity.

I am struggling the most how to manage my schedule even with work and my nail busniess. But one thing I am really enjoying is the teach of the professor. I love the way you are able to explain it in simple term and not complicated but also not just tell us and not explain like other professors have.

This week was interesting because of the writing assignment. I found it a bit difficult to catch up on my late assignments but that is on me. I did feel like I did my culminating assignment incorrect. One point of clairty was feeling a bit relief with catching up.
