As it can be understood from the heading, the element depends on people's experience, such as their family life, their culture, their beliefs with their backgrounds, etc.

Differences

• Tranformative learning is mostly  based on individual and it covers other two ideas. 
• Critical multicultural education does not only focus on individuals, it also aims to change the prejudices and biases in society.
