         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Controls Balance</strong></p><p>When playing football, especially a running back, you need to be able to balance. This is one of the many things I train to be a better football player. For example I stand on one leg and try to balance while someone hits me. A huge part of the game is yards beyond first contact. This is almost entirety possible because the cerebellum is active which controls the balance in our body's.</p>]]></description>

I like to think I keep a 70 30 diet rule. If it where not for my Hypothalamus I would not be able to know when I am hungry which would make it really hard to gain weight. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Regulates breathing </strong></p><p>I have been doing some yoga nidra recently which is very peaceful. It is a lot of breathing work and really relaxes the body. I find it amazing after a long stressful day. It usually takes about a hour but I end up falling asleep after 30 minutes.  If it where not for the medulla I would not be able to do yoga nidra.</p>]]></description>

It is how I react to the game when I am running the ball. If I where to just run straight I would get tackled right away. I need to move around and avoid contact as much as possible, this is my flight. When I am blocking this is my fight. It gives me the energy boost I need to get the job done.</p>]]></description>

When I find myself constantly scrolling on my phone I turn it off.  I think everyone struggles with dopamine issues and phones. I have a limit on Tik tok to only a hour a day. </p>]]></description>
