Little was done from senior management beyond that to mix the two teams initially, and after a short time the entire AMES teaching staff was let go in a company restructure.

Eventually the TLA was asked to bring AMES and Animation teaching staff together in teaching workshops.

The BCS has a lot of potential to fit together well with the the BoA an was written with this in mind.
