         <description><![CDATA[<div>AMES was introduced to the animation team in a brief meeting and shortly afterwards was moved into the building.<br><br>Little was done from senior management beyond that to mix the two teams initially, and after a short time the entire AMES teaching staff was let go in a company restructure.<br><br>Eventually the TLA was asked to bring AMES and Animation teaching staff together in teaching workshops.<br><br>The BCS has a lot of potential to fit together well with the the BoA an was written with this in mind.<br><br><strong>KEYWORDS:</strong></div><ul><li> Integration</li><li>Soft skills</li><li>QMS</li><li>Moderation (internal/external)</li><li>Lecturer observations</li></ul>]]></description>
