"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

To me, this song is the perfect representation of a military member. Toby Keith is singing about a man who's proud to be a husband and a father, but also an American Soldier. In using this as a relation to Article III: Section 3, I think that it greatly portrays the sacrifices that men and women make in order to defend our country. He makes several references to both the physical, mental, and financial challenges that can tag along, but that he feel's it's his duty to protect American citizens from our enemies, regardless of the sacrifice that comes along with it. "I will always do what's right" is a lyric that stands out to me in the sense that no matter how hard it gets, being an American Soldier, not just any Soldier, but an AMERICAN SOLDIER, is what's right, and that he's apart of something so much bigger than just himself and a few friends; he's alongside his brothers and sisters fighting for our freedom and peace.

"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."

Season 4; Episode 13:
Lahey V. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a case portrayed throughout this episode. This season focuses on what begins as "simple" project of looking at wrongfully accused criminals; people that were pushed into pleading guilty to just simply end the case. Annalise Keating represents Mr. Lahey as this season takes us through the process of a court case at the district level and making its way up to the Supreme Court. In this particular episode, we get both the experiences of the lawyers as well as the Supreme Court Judges and Justices.

"In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make."

Although on a lighter note, The Campaign is a movie that follows Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis's characters through their political campaigns. In the process, they both get caught up in a number of scandals and experience issues, such as Rep. Camden 'Cam' Brady punching a baby instead of a fellow grown man. Not quite as accurate as the legitimate political system, it's still a funny (but eh kinda true) representation on how politicians and government officials experience and have their "criminal" acts handled differently than just normal United States citizens.

I feel that this episode kind of related to Section 3 in the fact that Holmes is working on fixing and building the foundation of this house to help protect the couple living inside. Just like military members that work to defend our country so we as a whole can come and work together to strengthen the foundation within our country, it relates to the fact that both the military and Holmes are helping and are there for people just like us; they're aiding to help, to give us comfort. On the "treason" aspect of this section, I guess you could say that the builders, home association that the couple refers to, and the engineers that incorrectly tested the foundation of the home would be the people that Holmes is fighting against to show that this foundation just isn't okay - it's literally crumbling and not up to code. Believing the results of those tests and not doing his own, I felt could be compared to treason as Holmes is siding with the "engineering enemies" over the state of the concrete foundation.
