The behavioural conditioning of behaviourism, with the help of gamifications fun costumer engagement, reinforce consumerism culture, because they remove a lot of the negative feelings of a person in the proccess of using a product. From a business stand point, their implementation is genius, the human psyche is conditioned to enjoy the act of purchasing as much as the goods tied to it. (For exaple: Reinforcement in the form of extra discounts that can be attained by reaching a number of purchase points).

Νίκας Χρήστος Ε21121

Behaviourism helps a company establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees, develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees and increase their performance. Gamification can bring in a positive change in a customer’s behaviour, and it can help them to develop a positive association with a company.

Entrepreneurial behaviour can be defined as a set of behaviours that an individual exhibits which allows them to innovate and improve upon existing ideas to market a product or service effectively in a competitive market. When we talk about entrepreneurial behaviour, it’s important to understand that the behaviour is not simply a set of desirable traits and characteristics. Instead, they are defined as key behaviours individuals exhibit early on that allow them to better navigate the world of business and see success. It’s also important to understand that not all forms of entrepreneurial behaviour are inherently productive. While it might be easy to think that business by design helps grow the economy, there are plenty of examples to the contrary. Consumer behaviour theory is the study of how people make decisions when they purchase, helping businesses and marketers capitalise on these behaviours by predicting how and when a consumer will make a purchase. It helps to identify what influences these decisions, as well as highlight strategies to proactively manipulate behaviour.

ΚΑΛΑΘΕΡΗΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΣ Ε21045

Behaviorism and gamification are both tools frequently used by great businessmen to successfully promote their company and products.
More precisely, bt integraring behaviorism into a company's website or advertisement campaign we make said website or campaign vastly more attractive to customers and is more likely to provoke a response. This way, it raises the interest of said customers and makes it way easier to get accustomed to the company and products it offers. Behaviorism aims to give feedback to the customer and create responses and stimuli depending on their choice. If along with behaviorism we integrate gamification, then the website or campaign becomes interactive, rewarding and appealing to the average customer. Through a series of positive reinforcements, rewards and progression the customer feels like he is part of an important team and has a goal he has to reach, thus creating interest. The customer doesn't feel like he is being used but quite the opposite, he feels that his contribution is well appreciated.
These are just a couple of ways behaviorism and gamification can be used to benefit a company/business but there are many many more.

Νικολαος Γιαννόπουλος Ε21025

Through behaviorism, businesses can "control" and improve the behavior-habits of the people involved in their work. Providing rewards, they can make good habits appear more often, while bad habits' frequency is significantly being reduced. Businesses though can also use behaviorism, for their own benefit, like to make people consume more of their goods or services. As a result people need to be aware of that technique and stick to a better routine that helps them to improve their life quality and habits.
Arvelakis George E21010
