I hope you are doing well. I want to explain why it has taken so long to finish the painting of the swan.

Painting a perfect swan is very difficult. I needed a lot of time to learn how to make the swan look just right. Every day, I practiced to make sure every part of the swan, like its feathers and wings, looked beautiful. I wanted it to be perfect because you are a great emperor and you deserve the best.

I did not want to give you a painting that wasn’t good enough. Now, after all this time, I have finally learned how to paint the swan the way it should be.

I hope that when you see it, you will understand why it took so long. I believe it is a special painting that will look beautiful in your palace.
