The key differences between in‐store and online customers based on the following four types of retail convenience: access, search, transaction, and possession convenience(Beauchamp and Ponder,2010).Large online retailer like Amazon and E-bay may do a better job than John Lewis.</div><div>•John Lewis has been seen as a retailer for older generations, but that is no longer the case and three generations of the same families are coming into our store.<br> They should follow the marketing trend, to attract more younger customer to make their purchase decision in john Lewis.
