How I felt at the beginning of the year

At the beginning of the year i did no0t wanna be in school. I felt like going to school was going to be a waste of my time and I wasn't gonna really live the high school life. Most people from 9th grade had changed a lot and I was still the same person from yesterday. In the middle of the school year I started meeting more people as they had just gotten in the school and i had become good friends with them since all my other friends had left to a different school. These new people had good energy and joked around all the time. Also beginning of the year I started going to the gym to make myself feel better since I felt so bad. As of now I feel better have new friends that I can act like I've known all my life. h

Describe a project, topic, or assignment you're especially proud of

A project or thing I am especially proud of was when I did a assignment called W.I.G in my math class. At the beginning of the year I had done a similar one in the same class with a different answer every time. I had noticed that I was changing a lot since the beginning of the year. I remembered to never think so much of my self and to always keep humble. I remembered to never let myself down even if it meant to make a decision I didn't wanna do like hang around with the wrong people or do things that I would regret later in the future.. This assignment showed me that everybody has a changing point in there life either because of something bad or something that happened in there life that changed there view in a lot of things.

A book or something that impacted me.

A book that impacted the way I view something is lord of the fly's . The reason this impacted my life is because the book was saying critical questions about the human nature and how everything was actually formed. This made me view life differently because I didn't know what actually had happened in the humans stories. It showed me that our civilization was not all rainbows and sunshine's because some people where really harsh to mother nature.

Reflect on a personal or academic challenge.

There was one moment in my life where a lot of things where going down hill my mom had to get surgery for a cancer in her throat and my grandma had a mini heart attack. Things where not going good so I over came that but making sure I did all my work and tried to make my mother as proud as ever.

A song that I would use is dreams and nightmares. The reason i would choose this song is because it inspired me to keep going on and on. To never give up on what you really wanna do in life. To not let absolutely anybody down you down and to keep going for the most important important people in your life. Your parents. Do what you think is right for you and make the right decision. Yes, life is gonna get hard at some point in your life but always keep pushing and don't give up.

Reflect on your hopes for junior year and beyond

My hopes for junior year is to pass all my test including algebra and make sure that I do all my work. In junior year I also hope that I live my high school life but to also make the right decisions . Yes at some point it might get hard because of all the hard classes but to never should be lacking in junior year and actually lock in .
