International students face significant challenges balancing part-time work with their studies. Cultural adjustment, financial pressure, and academic demands contribute to feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. Limited support networks, legal restrictions, and neglect of self-care exacerbate these issues. It's crucial for students to seek support and prioritize self-care, while institutions should provide resources and create environments conducive to student well-being and academic success. Effective time management and setting boundaries between work and study are essential for maintaining a healthy balance. Collaboration between students and institutions is key to addressing these challenges and fostering a supportive community for international students.
