It made me think about how keeping the mic and camera accessible as I work is a way of data tracking that is may go unnoticed. I found myself sort of thinking, "is this really what's important about this?" I found that really, to me, it wasn't. What's more important, personally, is that bias can be perpetuated by both data and people (as you said). Thank you for putting the words to this for me.</div>]]></description>
