2. Print the Surat Pengesahan and hand over to the Pengetua

3. Print the practicum guidelines and hand over to the Pengetua and School Mentor

4. Sign the ‘Non-Disclosure Agreement Form’ and fill in the 'Report Duty Form' in front of the Pengetua and stamped by him/her (return the form to us by uploading in the drive within TWO(2) weeks).

5. Contact your Academic Supervisor as listed in the google sheet document

6. Put ALL the documents in a white envelope to be given to your Pengetua

7. Share the contact number of your Academic Supervisor to your School Mentor and vice versa

8. Get the School Mentor to fill in the ‘Borang Maklumat Mentor Sekolah’ as in the Lampiran 2 (Surat Pengesahan) and hand over to the Academic Supervisor during his/ her first visit

9. Prepare the Teaching Portfolio (Hardcopy & Softcopy) according to the checklist

10. Prepare the blog as your journal

11. All the forms for assessments, please share with your Principle & School Mentor

12. During your practicum, you are required to carry out a final project at the school. This could include organising an event, painting a mural, decorating a space for a reading corner, etc
