2. Realistic deadlines according to the existing resources or hire external resources to adapt the team to the existing deadlines. 
3. Have a Project Manager who has an overview of all components of the projects from the beginning till the end
4. Deadlines should consider team capacity, event format and organization's comitments other than this event. 
5. Identify the scope of the event, from the beginning, according to the context (geographical, security, format) and STICK to it.
6. Level of effort was understimated.

People felt forced to attend all sessions; intensity was felt on short times for lunch, coffee breaks. Activities such as "speed dating" and a turist tour should be included. We need to measure the impact on budget and human ressources. The workload can be diluted if we include collaborative work between organizations. 4. pre LAb avant le LAb global: c'est pre Lab pourrait être facilité par les équipes projet de One Drop directement dans les pays lorsque les équipes vont en visite sur le terrain? Ce pre Lab pourrait alimenter le grand LAb et avoir aussi la participation du terrain un peu plus.
