What we grow

- Romaine lettuce (hands down the most nutritious type of lettuce, so we always grow them!)

- Korean romaine (large-leaf lettuce perfect for wraps and samgyupsal)

- Pak choy/Tatsoi (best for soups and stir-fries)

- Japanese cucumber (fresh and crunchy and tastes like summer)

- Mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)

- Arugula (nutty, peppery greens, great for pizza and salads)

- Aubergine (oval black eggplant variety great for fritters or roasting)

- Microgreens and sprouts (alfalfa, pea shoots, radish, broccoli, purple kohlrabi, red and green amaranth)

- Herbs (basil, oregano, cilantro)

- Edible flowers (zinnia, marigolds, cosmos, wishbone, fameflower, pepper flowers, gourd flowers)

Microgreens are tiny, immature versions of vegetables and herbs harvested one or two weeks after germination. Though small in size, microgreens are concentrated in nutrients and packed with intense flavors.

Recent studies found that microgreens such as green and purple radish, red cabbage, broccoli, basil, mustard and kohlrabi contain up to 40 times more nutrients (!) than their mature vegetable counterparts.

Just by adding a sprinkling of microgreens on your salad, sandwich or soup can provide excellent sources of phytonutrients and bioactive compounds and can easily fill gaps in your dietary requirements.
