The effectiveness of learning targets- Learning targets have been effective in my classroom particularly in the area of collaboration. Students motivate one another and answer each others questions which builds peer moral and more open discussion of topics. Just as in the videos my students do lots of collaboration because they can provide each other with some student level answers. 

Need to discuss the essential question at the start of the unit instead of just answering the essential question within the unit. Implementing the fist to five in lessons would be more beneficial instead of doing only an assessment.
