When you want to go to University to study whatever you wante to be in life they require grade 12. The Jobs also requires grade 12 now whether is a Security,  domestic work ,  Agents also wants Grade 12.I feel South African government is failing it's people or young generation because as we are still developing country the are more families,  children struggling which could lead to some of them being unable to master their exams , then they will need a second chance or being helped after failing grade 12 by creating something or some schools for second a chance.Since the is a lot that requires grade 12 I Believe it's unfair not to repeat grade 12 as other lower grades.

As a kid it's supposed to be a good thing to make mistakes and then learn from them and work on them. I strongly believe if a learner fails their matric(which is the best thing to ever do in your life as a child) it's because of silly mistakes. We can't judge anyone about their mistakes in matric because that whole experience is a lot to handle. If any learner were to fail their final matric exams, they're supposed to be given a second chance to try and be better and not discarded. In South Africa, the only thing you're allowed to do is just write exams on your own and you won't be taught which is kind of unfair because everyone in SA has a write to learn and be educated.
The education system is really failing us at some point, because how many unemployed and matric failures have to be there so that it can notice that something is lacking in the department that can change the whole nation which that is CARE. Even house keeping requires a grade 12 certificate, yet we are denied the chance of improving and trying to create better future for ourselves. Not everyone who failed grade 12 was playing and not serious, what people never think about is that some carry heavy burdens behind closed door, some have domestic issues that may be resulting the to fail and giving it a second try is one of the best decision one could take than giving up.
