I found it heartbreaking how English colonizers formed private schools specifically for native Americans to rip them from their native roots and identity.

I liked the comparison between bilingual schools in Ohio and Louisiana. I also thought the Indian Civilization Act was really messed up.

I liked the Art Education Info, it's crazy that during this time Art education wasn't acceptable at first.

I found it really interesting that there was not much pushback against the bilingual schools right away and that in both places it was the parents pushing really hard for them to exist.
