One of the beliefs of the Transcendentalism was the nature was in everything.
 "Nature=God: We should live close to nature, for it is our greatest teacher. Nature is emblematic, and understanding its "language" and "lessons" can bring us closer to God. In fact, Nature=God."
   This was one of their beliefs, they believed in order for them to be closer to God they had to be closer to nature. They had to understand the "lessons" that nature would give to them. Not only that but they also had to understand what nature was trying to say to them. 
 This was only one of their beliefs, they had many others, talking about how technology isn't the best, but you should further your education, because education was very important to Transcendentalism. Painting and writing were influenced by the Transcendentalism, and it also influenced music, just like Israel Kamakawiwo'Ole and how he talks about how beautiful the world is.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, and Henry David Thoreau were two famous writers that are recognized during the transcendentalism.
