P- playing games until late at night and so he is unable to complete his school work on time and feels too tired to focus in school. Student keeps thinking about his games and wants to play the games all the time.

A- He tried to stop gaming when his parents asked him to stop but gives into temptation when his friends beckons.

D- not to go cold turkey but put in steps to allow him to game, like completing his homework before he is allowed to access his gaming devices. Put a timer on how long he can play for, parental support needed.

I- Intervention through parental control, providing him with a motivation to work towards being allowed to play.
