I also learnt how to use an oven properly , and i also know what number should i put on the oven . But most importantly I learnt how to flip the pancake properly . If I did not know this skill ,  i would have burnt the pancakes.  
The area of weakness i have is that i dont really know when do I reduce the fire  or gas . Flipping the pancake was a simple task. I was able to cook my pancake very well. I plan on bringing a container next time

I have learnt to incorporate the ingredients to make a pancake batter. I have also learnt to not overmix the batter so that it does not become too thin. I also learnt to scoop the batter and cook it and only flip the pancake once there is air bubbles.
