The agoras are the compilation of the information we have compiled in a structured manner. These posters are eye-catching and very visual, as well as having fundamental content on each of the issues, their research and how we can use strategies to integrate multiple functions in a public space.

Karol Michell Bonito Mejia

Description: The poster aims to look into ways of enhancing student motivation for learning of the English language at La Gran Colombia High School. It speaks up for the necessity of motivation, which, according to the students, is lacking because of limited exposure to English learning, considering that such exposure mostly covers grammar and communication thereof with no interactive methods involved. The plan puts forth a recommendation on the use of technical media and innovative teaching and learning strategies from an integrative constructivist perspective in an attempt to motivate students toward academic improvement and language skill development while ensuring that learning happens in an interactive and fun way. Furthermore, the poster also places a lot of emphasis on these student-centered strategies and other forms of simple technological tools that can be utilized to underpin motivation and engagement.

Link to poster: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tA5FUFI11r0G0NSEZxhrnv65jzc7XqWC/view?usp=sharing

Maria Fernanda Cordero Alcandra

Description: The poster investigates how lack of participation contributes to virtual learning and its effect on the development of communication skills. The study notes that, notwithstanding the many strategies and resources offered by the instructor, many students did not actively participate, affecting their learning. The proposed plan is to implement novel pedagogical techniques and interactive pedagogical tools adapted to the students' needs in order to increase student participation. The study sets out personalizing learning to suit students' rhythms and styles and creating a dynamic environment that encourages students' interaction and participation in learning English.

Link to poster: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XAWR9Ufl5B8S9gVAZdbqoJHFtU4m9g_N/view?usp=drive_link

Yildreth Nicol Pedrozo Campo

Description: The poster focuses on the issue of oral participation by students during virtual English classes, where low motivation and anxiety are really putting students' learning process under stress. In order to promote independence and remove barriers to individual participation, the authors suggest an approach based on the Flipped Learning model combined with the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach. These strategies are based on the theories of Zone of Proximal Development (Vygotsky, 1978) and Comprehensible Input (Krashen, 1985) and call to find a balance between participation and maximum meaningful learning in diverse contexts. The poster states the need for interactive resources and dialogue activities which will help in promoting participation and better English communication ability.

Link to poster: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGXc0jNhsA/CptQ-6qnK-RiBiFc_uV91Q/edit

Said Esteban Morales Arias

Description: The poster is designed to talk about the problem of school dropouts, its causes and some strategies that can be implemented to mitigate this problem, which in our country, Colombia, always shows quite large numbers. We have relied on some authors and references to support this research and carry out an excellent job, this now will also be an opportunity to present these ideas in an organized and clear way.

Link to poster: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nuCyd7XlaLgMSoQPpk3GWgKeEGAiWzFp/view?usp=sharing
