The mission and vision of the OAL company, where they take into account, the welfare of its employees, the environmental aspects that involve operations and the growth of society. In addition to complying with the term MEGA (Large and Ambitious Strategic Goal), which is suitable for the company, where the goals to be achieved are defined, an EBITDA margin of more than 20% is affirmed.

Postobon shows its social and environmental commitment through different activities: where it is supported in the sports field, several sports are sponsored in the country, the relationship with the social component is maintained, actions are carried out by the communities with donations. Regarding the environmental part, it presents an approach of efficiency, quality management and prevention in relation to water resources, efficient use practices and savings of resources in the processes that work with the industry. It also implements the dynamics of recycling as environmental management processes, where the use of returnable containers is promoted and packaging design is managed.

In this way, Postobón remains in time, as one of the most recognized companies in the production of sugary drinks.

The Postobón company is currently focused on the implementation and certification of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, which seeks to identify the stakeholders, the management processes and the reduction of security risks. The ISO 22000 standard is related to other ISO standards of Management Systems, which is easy to implement the management of food safety with the management of quality, environment, safety and health.

In this way, within the results are rescued some points a favor of environmental management, related to the control and monitoring of the possible effects generated by the industry, compliance with environmental standards.

The audit does not present any conformance in the verification of the points and the annexes in the checklist formulated, the relationship of the requirements, the availability and the continuous improvement of the standard.

In the development of the audit, the following findings were established, which were identified by the means, the qualitative tool, the checklist, the audit criteria.

- Non-compliance with requirement 4.1 and 4.2 Non-compliance of ISO 14001, since the company does not present an Environmental Management system, relationship with the results to achieve the results, the requirements of the standard.

The company is mainly focused on production, which defines guidelines based on the efficiency and good quality of its products and services, therefore, protection of the environment takes a back seat, strictly complying with government regulations.

With the application of the Environmental Management System, it is possible to identify risks and opportunities, considering entrepreneurship and decision making, which would position the company at a higher level in the sustainability vision.

Finally, it includes the orientation of the company to the implementation of production processes, economic development and employment generation.
